SHIPPING POLICY

Every Level Thirty3 desk pad is printed to order in our studio in Devon, UK. All orders are dispatched within 3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Delivery times below are counted from dispatch.

UK DELIVERY
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days) – FREE on all UK orders
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 working days) – £3.50

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All international orders are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked.
- Europe – £12.99 (5–8 working days)
- United States – £19.99 (7–12 working days)
- Australia & Oceania – £21.99 (10–14 working days)
- Rest of the world – £21.99 (7–10 working days)

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders are shipped without duties or taxes prepaid. Your local customs authority or postal service may charge import VAT, duty or a handling fee on delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. If a parcel is refused or returned because these charges are not paid, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

TRACKING
All orders are tracked. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

DELAYS
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Busy periods (such as Black Friday and Christmas) or carrier and customs delays can occasionally add a few days. If we expect a delay on our side, we'll let you know.

WRONG ADDRESS / LOST PARCELS
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international), contact us and we'll investigate with Royal Mail.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
