Returns & Refund Policy – Level Thirty3

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it – unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Important Information About Custom Products
Most of our desk pads and other items are made-to-order and often feature custom artwork from our artist partners or are designed by you. These are classed as personalised items and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. This includes items from our "Design Your Own" section and any artist-designed products.

How to Start a Return

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalised products

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Exchanges
If you need a different item or design, the fastest way is to return the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order.

EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. This does not apply to custom or personalised items.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take a little extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
